* To receive your refill, you must first email us and request an RMA number. Send the complete kit with remaining
contents with the RMA Number plainly written on the shipping label to us along with a notarized statement from a law
enforcement or other public official describing the emergency, along with your receipt and a copy of the police report
(if any) and photos (if available) of the emergency or disaster area. Requests without these items and COD shipments will
be refused.
